As the company continues to expand, we are inviting candidates to apply for the following positions:

HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND QUALITY (HSSEQ) MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
- Overall management of HSSEQ Department
- Lead, direct and manage the effective implementation of health, safety, security, environment and quality throughout the entire operations
- Act as focal person in liaising with government authorisation and PETRONAS in respect to HSSEQ matters and activities
- Coordinate safety inspections, audit of operating facilities of Petrofac Malaysia operations, monitor the implementation of recommendations made and update the status
- Direct the implementation of Risk Assessment to ensure that HSSEQ risk of facilities and Company operations are within ALARP region to minimise HSSEQ risk resulting from Company’s operations
- Provide management advice on regulatory HSSE compliance and effective implementation of industry/ Petrofac HSSEQ policies, standards/ procedures and HSSEQ management system (MS)
- Develop and implement a systematic approach based on quality management and ISO4001 to environmental management within the regulatory and other requirements of the countries in which Petrofac operate and in accordance with the appropriate national and international standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry of which minimum 5 years of managerial experience relating to HSSEQ
- Possess competency in NIOSH
- Holder of Occupational Safety and Health certificate (preferably registered with DOSH Malaysia) and National Education Board Occupational Safety Health (NEBOSH) qualification will have an added advantage
- Possess experience as Lead Auditor
- Possess Competency Certificate in HSE from recognised institution function offshore/onshore
- Senior level position with broad technical HSSEQ skills with working knowledge in corporate level, project management and operations

DRILLING HSE ADVISOR
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible in reporting to Drilling Manager for all HSE matters
- Develop and review Company’s HSE systems and ensure that it is in compliance with ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, EIA and EMP requirements
- Produce a Campaign HSE plan complying with Company’s HSE MS
- Responsible for all internal and external HSE Reporting and implementing reporting protocols as required
- Carry out HSE impact assessments
- Coordinate and develop health, safety and environmental activities and identify HSE training needs in Company, Third Party and Contractors personnel
- Identify key areas of impact/concern and provide remedies
- Review of Drilling Contractors HSE MS
- Produce Bridging documentation between Company and Drilling Contractors’ SMS systems
- Regularly monitor and audit performance of HSE systems at the wellsite
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of practical experience with extensive experience in the drilling sector of the oil & gas industry within an Operating Company
- Possess competency in NIOSH, Occupational Safety and Health certificate and preferably registered with DOSH Malaysia
- Possess experience in developing drilling projects and Bridging Company and Contractor safety documentation
- Possess broad experience in order to carry out exercise on independent thoughts and decision making
- Positive thinking, right attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated to accomplish world-class results
