- Ensure positive contribution of the subsidiaries to the achievement of corporate results.
- Ensure effective , efficient office administration and secretarial to Board meeting.
- Ensure proper compliance and effective relations with all relevant legislations and regulations of Government Agencies and Industrial Organizations.
- Ensure the granting, administration of Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS) performance and development to the Establishment Committee, Audit Committee and Board of Directors of PBAHB are satisfactorily performed.
- Ensure that the necessary evaluation procedures and comprehensive business opportunities are being conducted.
- Ensure PBAHB Portfolio Investment Fund is monitored and supervised with the fund managers.
- Ensure development of corporate financial planning and business planning for PBAHB.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA).
- Minimum 10 years managerial experience in financial analysis, ability to review financial performance and think strategically.
- Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Technology Savvy including MS Office.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Possess excellent inter-personal, good analytical, communication skills, listening & negotiation skills and high teamwork spirit.
- Positive and proactive, independent and innovative, accurate and analytical in meeting all deadlines and goals.
- Discreet and able to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
