Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad is looking for a results oriented, fully committed to fill the following position: 

HR CONSULTANT
(Contract Position)
Responsibilities:
The successful candidates shall be responsible to support the General Manager of SME Services Division and Marketing Communication Division with the following duties:

To provide full support in the capability and capacity development of the National Human Resources Centre (NHRC).

To establish and provide appropriate interventions and advice on HR Solutions content and services.

To monitor and evaluate the implementation of Total Human Capital Development System to SMEs inline with the strategic goals and objectives of both divisions.

To guide and coach officers of SME Services Division to ensure legally sound and correct advice and consultancy are given.

Requirements:
Minimum a degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent (having a Master degree is an added advantage).

Solid understanding of Total Human Capital Development System and strategic HRM.

At least 20 years of professional experience in the management of HR functions and activities in a senior level position.

Strong command of both oral and written Bahasa Malaysia and English language.

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
 
GENERAL MANAGER
(Permanent Position)

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate shall be responsible to head the newly established SME Services Division with the following duties:

To strategise the adoption of modern and progressive HR practices based on market intelligence, trends and direction on the development of SMEs in Malaysia.

To develop plan and implement effective strategies to create demand opportunities, maximise utilisation and accelerate on the usage on the National Human Resources Centre (NHRC) services.

To lead, manage and fully support the establishment of the NHRC and call centre team to ensure the overall achievement and quality of services.

To meet the yearly KPIs.

To manage and improve quality of internal advisors and external consultants in providing effective HR Solution services.

To establish close rapport and strategic collaboration with Government agencies.

Requirements:
Minimum a degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent (having a Master degree is an added advantage).

Solid understanding of Total Human Capital Development System and strategic HRM.

At least 7 years of professional experience in the management of HR functions.

Experience dealing with government agencies.

Experience in training and development is an advantage.

Strong command of both oral and written Bahasa Malaysia and English language.

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to work under pressure and long hours.
