BIMB Holdings Berhad, a listed investment holding company on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia with subsidiaries who are pioneers in various Islamic financial services including banking, takaful and stockbroking, is seeking a self-driven, dynamic and competent candidate to fill the following position:
Assistant Vice President
Corporate Strategy & Transformation Management Division
Responsibilities:
The candidate is expected to contribute as part of a team A undertaking, amongst others, corporate finance and advisory assignments, strategic group management and coordination, transformation management initiatives and project management involving the preparation of various documents and reports.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Law or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
- Minimum seven (7) years relevant work experience, preferably have been with a Public Listed Company or group holding company with particular prior experience in handling corporate finance advisory, investment monitoring, strategy and/or consulting.
- Proficiency A Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint with excellent command of English.
- Ability to work A a team environment and to be resourceful, whilst retaining the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good analytical skills, strong research inclination and detail-oriented A the undertaking of dal, periodic and/or ad-hoc tasks.
- Good interpersonal, relationship management and communication skits to liaise with both internal and external parties.
- Knowledge of guidelines and regulations set by the relevant authorities A corporate transactions.
Value-adding criteria:
- Experience and/or good knowledge in banking & finance sector.
- Experience in handling Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) Transformation Management tasks.
Manager
Corporate Affairs & Communications
Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement external communication strategies to build the value proposition of BIMB Holdings Berhod for various stakeholders encompassing the media, investment community, governmental and non-governmental agencies and the public at large.
- To manage internal communication strategies re reinforce the desired culture of the Group and build the business intelligence and knowledge management practices of BIMB Holdings Berhad.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Moss Communications, Advertising/ Media, Linguistics/languages, Public Relations or equivalent.
- At least seven (7) years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent organisational skills, including ability to multi-lask and work successfully both internally and externality.
- Must be self motivated and hove the ability to work both independently and as a member of a committee/team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple Protects-
- Strong leadership with good communication and people management skills.
- Ability to develop budges and control costs within assigned budget.
Value-adding criteria:
- Experience and/or good knowledge in banking & finance sector.
- Experience in a Government-Linked Company (GLC).
