Delivery Lead Collaboration, IT TRANSFORMATION.
(Kuala Lumpur)

Managing and coordinating the activities for Develop and Build.
Working with relevant parties to develop development activities checklist.
Ensuring relevant parties are familiar with the development activities
Reviewing the migration gaps analysis and providing resolution
Provide direction and guidance to team on all matters related to technical and developments.
Performing change management activities with existing BAU team and knowledge transfer between the vendor and IT team
Ensuring IT BAU team is always informed and communicated with all the development activities. Managing of IT BAU expectation in meeting the development milestones and objectives.
Extensive development and working experience in Collaboration technologies in the industry will be added advantages
Maintaining knowledge base of technical problems & solutions to be transitioned to IT team.
Working with other team members in the programme. i.e Change Management Lead, Project Manager, Deployment Lead, Lead Business Analyst.
Responsible for the programme’s development plan and resource requirements.
Management of development resources either direct report, vendors or partners.
Managing the expectation and communication related to programme development.
Working with the Solution Architect to define a logical roadmap of subsequent evolution.
Supervising activities of the technical and infrastructure project team.
Developing IT project plan, activities, timelines and IT budgets.
Assigning resources to accomplish technical-related deliverables.
Ensuring other technical areas affected by the project are addressed.
Defining system requirements and direct the project according to those requirements.
Performing hardware sizing and capacity planning.
Primary management escalation point for all technical applications related systems.
Facilitating resolution of technical and infrastructure problems.
Review of Technical Documents. and unit, SIT test plan and test scripts.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent job role in management.
Project management skills - The ability to apply project time, cost, quality, risk and integration management to the project.
Good relationship management skills - The ability to manage conflict between project team members, manages relationships with the project teams & stakeholders, and provides feedback to the Tender team, and relevant managers.
Good communication skills - The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all the key stakeholders and their reporting lines.
Good problem solving skills – The ability to speedily identify and resolve problems and issues as they arise, within the tight delivery timeframes.
Strong office administration skills – Incumbent is able to deal with a busy office environment and ensure that departmental administration is effectively controlled.
Self management – Incumbent should be able to priorities their own time and demonstrate emotional intelligence.
Communications skills – Incumbent should be able to effectively communicate through written and verbal means.
Computer literacy –Incumbent is familiar with Microsoft applications (Excel, Visio, and Project).

Practice
• Practice answering interview questions and practice your responses to the typical job interview questions and answers most employers ask. Think of actual examples you can use to describe your skills. Providing evidence of your successes is a great way to promote your candidacy.

Prepare
• Prepare a response so you are ready for the question "What do you know about our company. Know the interviewer's name and use it during the job interview. If you're not sure of the name, call and ask prior to the interview. Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions.

Get Ready
• Make sure your interview attire is neat, tidy and appropriate for the type of firm you are interviewing with. Bring a nice portfolio with copies of your resume. Include a pen and paper for note taking.

Be On Time
• Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early. If need be, take some time to drive to the office ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there.

Stay Calm
• During the job interview try to relax and stay as calm possible. Take a moment to regroup. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Listen to the entire question before you answer and pay attention - you will be embarrassed if you forget the question!

Show What You Know
• Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions. When discussing your career accomplishments match them to what the company is looking for.

Follow Up
• Always follow-up with a thank you note reiterating your interest in the position. If you interview with multiple people send each one a thank you note.

Job Interview Question..

1. Skills based questions
These job interview questions are related to specific job skills outlined in essential criteria. Candidates are asked to give examples of their work, or outline their duties and performance in key roles.
2.Knowledge based questions
Many jobs have a required knowledge base. Interview questions are used to find out the depth of knowledge, and to check and confirm candidates have the essential information required to do the work involved.
3. Technical questions
These are a different type of knowledge based job interview questions, and they relate to the technical issues of the position. In some job interviews, a person on the interview panel is appointed to ask these questions, and give expert evaluation of answers to the panel.
4.Problem solving questions
· The problem solving job interview questions are now standard practice. Problem solving questions are used to define skill levels and the ability to deal with difficulties.
· Experience related questions This is a range of job interview questions designed to test prior experience across the range of job skills contained in the position. They include additional questions to clarify the scope of candidates? experience. They also deal with issues related to the job, particularly where levels of experience relate directly to the complexity of the work.
5.Interpersonal skills questions
These are job interview questions which explore workplace relationships, team roles, leadership, and other personal characteristics of candidates. Questions can range from dealing with stress to contributing to a team.
6.Assessing job interview questions
Interview assessments use the merit principle to decide successful applicants based on their answers to the job interview questions. A panel discussion and consensus, or a formal evaluation process using an 'evaluation grid', (a step by step analysis of answers) is conducted.
7.The selection process
Interviewers select the candidate who meets all job criteria to an acceptable standard. The panel then makes a recommendation for appointment to management.
