Delivery Lead Collaboration, IT TRANSFORMATION.

- Managing and coordinating the activities for Develop and Build.
- Working with relevant parties to develop development activities checklist.
- Ensuring relevant parties are familiar with the development activities
- Reviewing the migration gaps analysis and providing resolution
- Provide direction and guidance to team on all matters related to technical and developments.
- Performing change management activities with existing BAU team and knowledge transfer between the vendor and IT team
- Ensuring IT BAU team is always informed and communicated with all the development activities. Managing of IT BAU expectation in meeting the development milestones and objectives.
- Extensive development and working experience in Collaboration technologies in the industry will be added advantages
- Maintaining knowledge base of technical problems & solutions to be transitioned to IT team.
- Working with other team members in the programme. i.e Change Management Lead, Project Manager, Deployment Lead, Lead Business Analyst.
- Responsible for the programme’s development plan and resource requirements.
- Management of development resources either direct report, vendors or partners.
- Managing the expectation and communication related to programme development.
- Working with the Solution Architect to define a logical roadmap of subsequent evolution.
- Supervising activities of the technical and infrastructure project team.
- Developing IT project plan, activities, timelines and IT budgets.
- Assigning resources to accomplish technical-related deliverables.
- Ensuring other technical areas affected by the project are addressed.
- Defining system requirements and direct the project according to those requirements.
- Performing hardware sizing and capacity planning.
- Primary management escalation point for all technical applications related systems.
- Facilitating resolution of technical and infrastructure problems.
- Review of Technical Documents. and unit, SIT test plan and test scripts.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent job role in management.
- Project management skills - The ability to apply project time, cost, quality, risk and integration management to the project.
- Good relationship management skills - The ability to manage conflict between project team members, manages relationships with the project teams & stakeholders, and provides feedback to the Tender team, and relevant managers.
- Good communication skills - The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all the key stakeholders and their reporting lines.
- Good problem solving skills – The ability to speedily identify and resolve problems and issues as they arise, within the tight delivery timeframes.
- Strong office administration skills – Incumbent is able to deal with a busy office environment and ensure that departmental administration is effectively controlled.
- Self management – Incumbent should be able to priorities their own time and demonstrate emotional intelligence.
- Communications skills – Incumbent should be able to effectively communicate through written and verbal means.
- Computer literacy –Incumbent is familiar with Microsoft applications (Excel, Visio, and Project).
