As part of our expansion plan, we invite ambitious, open-minded and driven individuals to fill the following position:
- Handle performance management and resource planning for Transaction Banking's line of businesses.
- Lead, strategise and undertake the design, establishment and implementation of knowledge management system to address business gaps and needs.
- Evaluate and review changes to systems, workflow processes and reporting as a result of regulatory or policy changes and/or changing market/external environment.
- Actively contribute to new business initiatives and challenge current processes in view to improve productivity in a controlled and risk aware environment.
- Actively identify and recommend solution/new services for exploring and expansion of new business and target niche market.
- Conduct market analysis and service benchmarking with local and global Transaction Banking industry.
- A recognized Degree coupled with 2 years experience in auditing or financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, data management, planning, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
- Good consultative skills with basic project management skills is required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team environment.
