Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (ERL) operates the high-speed KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit train services between KL Sentral and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Cruising at a top speed of 160km/h, KLIA Ekspres is South East Asia’s fastest train with a 99.7% on-time service performance.

SALES
Position: Manager/Senior Executive/Executive
- Plan and execute sales campaigns to achieve the Company’s sales targets and direction
- Build and maintain business partnerships to ensure effective and efficient business relationships
- Grow sales contributions from airlines, hotels, travel agents and MICE

PUBLIC RELATIONS
Position: Executive
- Maintain, enhance and project the Company’s corporate image and reputation with the public
- Build and maintain rapport with the media, governmental and corporate bodies to ensure effective and efficient business relationships
- Write effective communications material for external and internal purposes, such as media releases, speeches, magazine articles and corporate presentations

E-COMMERCE
Position: Senior Executive/Executive
- Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns to achieve the Company’s sales targets and direction
- Ensure the effectiveness of web content display to optimise the customer experience and web searches
- Improve the effectiveness of the Company’s website using innovative internet marketing strategies and partnerships

Practice
• Practice answering interview questions and practice your responses to the typical job interview questions and answers most employers ask. Think of actual examples you can use to describe your skills. Providing evidence of your successes is a great way to promote your candidacy.

Prepare
• Prepare a response so you are ready for the question "What do you know about our company. Know the interviewer's name and use it during the job interview. If you're not sure of the name, call and ask prior to the interview. Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions.

Get Ready

Be On Time
• Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early. If need be, take some time to drive to the office ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there.

Stay Calm
• During the job interview try to relax and stay as calm possible. Take a moment to regroup. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Listen to the entire question before you answer and pay attention - you will be embarrassed if you forget the question!

1. Skills based questions
These job interview questions are related to specific job skills outlined in essential criteria. Candidates are asked to give examples of their work, or outline their duties and performance in key roles.
