NUSAJAYA, JOHOR Manager, Projects
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with consultants, government agencies 8i local authorities on the formulation of the master plan layout including engineering inputs and ensure full compliance with all technical requirements and company, objectives & business plan
- Monitor and properly record the review and changes of the approved master plan layout
- Assist the Management in the appointment of creditable consultants by preparing the Terms of References and relevant reports
- Ensure compliance of submission requirements and timely submission to respective government agencies and local authorities by all consultants, and follow up in order to expedite approvals
- Schedule and ensure that all appropriate tender drawings and documents prepared by consultants are in accordance with the approved drawings and/or company’s briefs
- Coordinate and liaise with the Cost Management & Control Department during the tender exercise
- Monitor the contractors’ verification and certification of the progressive completed works, and ensure the works are carried out in accordance with the contract, within the budget and on time
- Schedule, initiate and coordinate with the relevant government agencies & local authorities and the consultants on the handing over
Executive, Projects
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project planning, implementation and progress monitoring
- Handle general site management and progress claims and contractor payment processes
- Review consultants’ design, assist in the development process and approve project drawings
- Provide the relevant periodical performance reports for the assigned projects and tasks
- Prepare all the relevant papers for the appointment of consultants
- Liaise with clients and consultants on all technical, QA/QC, day-to- day operations and site issues to ensure conformance to project quality plan and specifications
- Implement all relevant policies, activities, procedures, instructions as required by the quality management system
- Liaise with sub-contractors and clients/ consultants to ensure all works are carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Liaise with authorities for matters pertaining to development planning
Requirements for both positions:
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 years (Manager)/2 years (Executive) experience with extensive exposure in infra planning and construction management, or other relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in pre and post-contract functions, which include tender/contracts review, drafting agreements, preparing tender and contract documents, negotiating with sub-contractors, contracts administration and drafting contractual correspondences
- Excellent leadership qualities with good construction management skills
- Result oriented and a team player with the ability to lead and manage a team of consultants and contractors
Project Planner
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation, review, monitoring and control of project programme
- Prepare standard template schedules for preparation and maintenance of various activities (detailed project schedules for tendering, live projects, etc.)
- Liaise, monitor and follow up the work progress in collaboration with other parties
- Assist the Project Manager and Project Executive in developing recovery programmes
- Provide regular project progress reports, forecast reports and manpower/manhour reports to the Project Manager
- Ensure smooth and efficient implementation of projects assigned in all matters pertaining to project management and project delivery
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing analysis reports for project schedule and its related activities
- Participate in project meetings and revise the internal as deemed necessary and advise the Team about the time impact as a result of actions/deficiencies programme
- In collaboration with other Consultants, advise the Project Manager and the team on the status, progress and mitigation plan pertaining to the Master Work Programme
- Identify and review long lend item, evaluate. EOT Programme, and advise on changes and Master Programme
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Planner in planning, scheduling and tracking of construction projects
- Possess knowledge of work breakdown structures, resource planning, Critical Path and Earned Value Management System as well as technical and contractual aspects of construction
- Demonstrated proficiency using Primavera 3, Primavera 6 and MS Project and other MS Office applications
Executive, Sales (Cyberjaya)
Responsibilities:
- Undertake the sales programme for residential properties
- Assist In all preparation for sales launches, marketing activities and road shows
- Promote public awareness on the project and entertain customers (walk-in customers, telephone enquiries, road show, etc.)
- Update and maintain customer database and ensure the sale suite is always neat and tidy
- Sell all products within the time frame given and achieve company sales target
- Generate weekly sales report
- Compile newspaper clippings/advertisement on property development focusing on residential and monitor competitor activities
- Assist/advise customers on matters related to the purchase of property e.g. Sales & Purchase Agreement, loan procedures, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in the marketing field, especially in the property industry
- Must be dynamic, resourceful, aggressive, self motivated and with initiate
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people
Assistant Manager, Corporate Communication (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Company’s Corporate Responsibility initiative and its reporting
- Execute all corporate communication events and activities
- Responsible for copywriting, preparing reports and updating contents for all publications including the production of Sustainability Report and Annual Report
- Assist in organising, arranging and executing related PR activities including preparing press releases, managing product launches/ exhibitions and organising press conference and media briefings
- Assist in the daily execution of PR, Media and Corporate Communication programme
- Liaise with stakeholders as required
- Write letters and follow up on correspondence and reports of the Corporate Communication Department on time
- Coordinate and follow through on all department activities as assigned
- Maintains proper records and files of the activities of the Department
- Assist in any related matters of the Department as assigned by supervisor
- Ensure all daily administrative tasks of the Department are followed through satisfactorily
Requirements:
- Degree, preferably in Language (English), Mass Communications or Journalism
- At least 4 years experience in a relevant industry and in similar responsibilities
- Committed and hard working with good writing & problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal & leadership skills and possess integrity & initiative
