Property Development
SALES ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin/ Sales & Marketing or any related field.
- Computer literate with proficiency, in using MS Office applications.
- Knowledge in IFCA.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
SALES EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or any related fields.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales of properties (mid to high end).
- Experience in property development (Sales & Marketing) will be an advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel and work during weekends and public holidays.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Admin/ Sales & Marketing or any related fields.
- Knowledge of property development and Sales & Marketing process.
- Experience in property development (Sales & Marketing) will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Good interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure.
Club Department
RECEPTIONIST
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and flue, in English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literate with proficiency in using MS Office applications.
SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Admin/Sales & Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Service/ Hospitality/ Sales & Marketing industry or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Club Management, Sales & Marketing process and strategies.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English & Bahasa Melayu
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literate with proficiency in using MS Office applications.
SALES OFFICER
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin/Sales & Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Service/ Hospitality/ Sales & Marketing industry or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and flue, in English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Possess own transport and wining to travel and work during weekends and public holidays.
- Team player and ability to work under pressure.
