GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall financial management of the Group.
- Ensure the compliance to statutory requirements, Financial Reporting Standards and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Responsible for the Group’s tax compliance, tax planning, treasury and cash management.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Implementation of internal controls; budgeting and forecast.
- To motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects.
- To participate in and facilitate business project / investor relation / various corporate exercise.
- Maintain effective working relationships with Group’s external partners.

Requirements,
- A degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification with more than 8 years relevant experience, of which at least 5 years should be at a senior management level.
- Experience in auditing, corporate finance, corporate development work and multi-national exposure would be an added advantage.
- Strong integrity, positive attitude, possesses intense passion with the work they do, self-driven, strong determination and enjoys working under pressure.
 - Result-orientated and able to work independently.
- Good common sense and interpersonal skills; good command of English and strong communication skills.

SENIOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate updating of financial records.
- Prepare journals, management reports and audit / tax schedules.
- Prepare service tax returns on time and monthly vendor accounts reconciliation.
- Supervise sub-ordinates and monitor progress of works.
- Handle adhoc assignments.
- Monitor cashflow projection.

Requirements:
 - LCCI Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy.
- 2 to 5 years relevant working experience.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Responsibilities:
- Process all payments and collections on time.
- Provide timely and accurate updating of Account Payable & Account Receivable.
- Liaise and follow up with all relevant parties on accounting issues.
- Records management, general correspondence & others clerical functions.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy.
- Related working experience will be an added advantage
